QUESTIONS
Answers before you ask.
How fast will I get my photos?
Photos are delivered within 20 to 24 hours, so they land the next day. Standard videos arrive the next day and premium videos within 48 hours. Special projects and videos over a minute may take a little longer.
What areas do you cover?
The whole Grand Strand: Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Little River, Conway, Surfside Beach, Murrells Inlet, Garden City, Pawleys Island and Georgetown, plus Calabash, Ocean Isle and Shallotte. We also serve the Pee Dee and Aiken markets.
Do I need to be at the shoot?
Usually not. Share lockbox or door access in the order form and we handle the rest. If you are booking an on-camera video, we will plan the timing with you.
What if the weather does not cooperate?
We shoot rain or shine and can replace gray skies in editing. If severe weather would put the crew or the quality at risk, we will reach out to reschedule.
How should I prep the home?
Lights on, blinds open, counters cleared and cars out of the driveway. Our Client Training page walks you and your sellers through it room by room.
How do the discounts work?
Every client has a referral code in their portal. Share it: the agent you refer gets 50% off their first shoot and you earn a $75 credit when they use it.
