Weston Media, LLC ("Weston Media", "we", "us", or "our") provides real estate photography, video, drone, 3D tour and marketing services in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect through weston-media.com, our client booking portal (agent-portal.weston-media.com) and our text and email communications, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, brokerage, property addresses, access instructions and any details you enter in our contact forms, booking forms or messages.

Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Usage information: like most websites, we collect basic device and browsing data (such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location) through cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

How we use your information

We use your information to schedule and complete shoots, deliver your media, send confirmations, reminders and invoices, answer questions, improve our website and services, and, where allowed, tell you about offers from Weston Media. We may use analytics and advertising tools (Google and Meta) to measure our website and show relevant ads.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about appointments, deliveries and your account. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example scheduling, payment, email, texting, hosting and analytics providers), with photographers and editors working on your order, when required by law, or to protect our rights.

Our services are for real estate professionals and property owners and are not directed to children under 13.
