Why do prices say "from"?
Packages are priced by square footage. Your exact price appears in the order form as soon as you enter the home size.
Can I pay at closing?
Yes. Complete a one-time setup and every order can be $0 due until the listing closes.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Changes inside 24 hours carry a fee.
Can I change the music or edit my video later?
Tell us your song in the order notes before the shoot. Want a different song later? Swap it yourself in seconds on an Instagram Story or Reel. Re-edits or music swaps by our team after delivery are $50.
How fast is delivery?
Photos in 20 to 24 hours. Standard video next day, premium video within 48 hours.
Do you travel outside the Grand Strand?
Yes. We also serve the Pee Dee and Aiken markets. Travel outside our service area may include a fee we share before booking.
