Event Booking Policy
Before reserving a venue or confirming event details, please confirm the proposed date, time, and coverage needs with Weston Media to ensure photographer and/or videographer availability. The event should only be finalized once the date, time, location, and requested media coverage have been mutually agreed upon.
Please provide the complete event address before booking. This may include a venue, office, community space, private property, outdoor location, or other event space.
If your selected event location requires a venue rental, access fee, parking fee, permit, or any additional location-related cost, the client is responsible for booking the space directly and covering any associated fees. Weston Media does not book venues or event spaces on behalf of clients.
