Location & Studio Policy
All shoot locations must be selected in advance and confirmed with Weston Media prior to finalizing the appointment date and time.Please determine the complete shoot address before booking. This may include a listing, office, outdoor location, private property, or studio.
If your selected location requires a studio rental or additional location fee, the client is responsible for booking the studio directly and covering any associated fees. Weston Media does not book studio spaces on behalf of clients.
Before reserving a studio, please confirm the proposed date and time with Weston Media to ensure photographer availability. The studio should only be booked once the date and time have been mutually agreed upon.
