Use your marketing kit (flyers and social posts)

STEP 1

Sign in, open Listings, and pick the listing.

STEP 2

Click Open Marketing Toolkit.

STEP 3

Click Manage Property Info and paste in the price, beds, baths, and description once. Every template fills in from it.

STEP 4

Pick a Flyer, Postcard, Social Media Reel, or Social Media Tile.

STEP 5

Edit text and colors, and drag your favorite photos onto the photo spots to swap them.

STEP 6

Click Save Changes, then Download (PDF or image).
