Get the home ready for the shoot

A few minutes of prep makes a big difference in the photos.

STEP 1

Turn on every light and open blinds evenly.

STEP 2

Clear counters, fridge fronts, and bathroom sinks. Hide trash cans, pet bowls, and personal photos.

STEP 3

Make beds and fold towels neatly.

STEP 4

Move cars out of the driveway and off the street in front of the home.

STEP 5

Turn off ceiling fans and TVs. We add images to TV screens and fire to fireplaces in editing.
