Reschedule or cancel a shoot

Move or cancel your appointment online anytime.

STEP 1

Open the confirmation email or text and tap the booking link, or sign in and open Orders.

STEP 2

Open the order you want to change.

STEP 3

Click Reschedule to pick a new date and time, or Cancel to cancel it.

STEP 4

You will get an updated confirmation right away.
