When will I get my media?

Photos arrive next day. Video usually follows within 24 to 48 hours.

STEP 1

Photos, drone, and floor plans are delivered the next day by email and text.

STEP 2

Videos and reels are usually ready within 24 to 48 hours after that, depending on volume.

STEP 3

If your order has both, you may get photos first with a note that the video is still in the works. The same links update when the video is added.
