Real Estate Agent Headshots and Branding in Myrtle Beach
Your listing photos sell the house. Your branding photos sell you.
Sellers choose an agent before they ever meet one. They look at your website, your Instagram, your Zillow profile and your yard signs. If your headshot is ten years old or was taken in the office hallway, that is the first impression. On the Grand Strand, where hundreds of agents compete for the same listings, that impression matters.
Here is what a professional branding session includes and how Myrtle Beach agents are using them.
Headshots vs branding sessions
A headshot is one image: clean background, good light, your face. Every agent needs one. It goes on your business card, your email signature, your brokerage page and your MLS profile.
A branding session is a full library of images and video that show who you are and how you work. It includes headshots, but it goes further:
Lifestyle photos of you in the places you sell: the beach, the Marshwalk, a downtown Conway street, a Market Common storefront
Working shots: at a listing, meeting a client, reviewing documents, walking a property
Environmental portraits with your car, your sign, your office
Candid, in-motion images that feel natural on social media
A good branding session gives you months of content. A headshot gives you one photo.
What Weston Media's branding sessions include
There are two ways to book, both guided by a Weston Media specialist and delivered in your own private online gallery:
The Refresh, $199 per agent. A 30-minute guided headshot session with one outfit and 5 to 8 professionally edited headshots. Bring the team: 4 or more agents save $25 each.
The Lifestyle, $385 per agent. A 60-minute guided session with one or two outfits and 10 to 15 professionally edited lifestyle photos. This is the one most agents pick. Bring the team: 4 or more agents save $50 each.
Lifestyle sessions can add a social media highlight video ($99 per video), an extra 60 minutes with three or more outfits ($100) or a second shoot location ($100). Full details are on the branding page.
Want to be on camera in your listing video instead? The Branding listing bundle on the pricing page starts at $470 and puts you on camera walking buyers through the home.
Choosing a location on the Grand Strand
Where you shoot says something about who you serve.
The beach. The obvious choice, and still the strongest. Early morning light at Myrtle Beach State Park, the pier at Cherry Grove or the dunes at Huntington Beach State Park all give you clean, bright images with no crowds.
Murrells Inlet Marshwalk. Boardwalk, boats and marsh views. Ideal for agents who focus on the south end and Pawleys Island.
Market Common. Urban, walkable, polished. Brick storefronts and tree-lined streets photograph like a bigger city. Good for agents selling new construction and townhomes.
Downtown Conway. Historic brick, the riverwalk and old oaks. Great for agents who serve Horry County beyond the beach.
North Myrtle Beach Main Street. Classic beach-town feel, colorful and casual.
A listing. Shooting at a staged luxury home in Grande Dunes or a creek-front property in Pawleys Island puts you in the environment your clients want to be in.
What to wear
Keep it simple:
Solid colors photograph better than patterns
Avoid logos unless it is your brokerage
Bring two or three outfits: one polished, one casual, one in between
Dress for the client you want, not the one you have
Iron everything, and bring a lint roller
For a coastal market, lighter tones and relaxed-professional looks tend to read well. Save the full suit for a studio headshot if your brokerage requires one.
How to use your branding photos
Agents who get the most from a session use the images everywhere:
Website homepage and about page
Instagram grid and highlight covers
Facebook and LinkedIn profiles
Zillow and Realtor.com agent profiles
Yard signs, riders and open house signage
Listing presentation decks
Email signatures and newsletters
Postcards and mailers
Video intros for listing walkthroughs
Refresh every 12 to 24 months, or whenever your look changes. Buyers and sellers should recognize you from your photo when you show up at the door.
Team and brokerage sessions
Teams and brokerages can book group sessions with consistent lighting and backgrounds, so every agent on the roster page looks like they belong to the same company. Groups of 4 or more save $25 per agent on the Refresh and $50 per agent on the Lifestyle.
Video for your brand
Short-form video is the fastest-growing piece of agent marketing. Add a social media highlight video to a Lifestyle session for $99 and you leave with a short vertical clip for Instagram, TikTok and your website header, shot the same day as your photos.
Pair these with listing videos and you have a consistent, professional presence across every platform.
